Felestin Project is a residential apartment located on Felestin Street in Mashhad on six floors, including four single units and a duplex unit on the fifth and sixth floors. We designed the facade, landscape, and interior design. An essential issue in facade design was defining and separating three entrances, including the entrance of the ground floor unit, units, and parking, to recreate three different identities on the ground floor facade level. Due to the strengthening of privacy and more prominent ground floor entrance as the first access of the ground floor unit, this entrance with a rotation of 45 degrees in the facade elements and the adjacent garden pit was separated from the pedestrian entrance of the floors in terms of access. The cavalry entrance was also defined as third-degree access leading to underground floor one.
